Legal entities which are obliged for calculation the reservation for employees’ salaries in their accounting rules.

A client brings us a list of employees with the needed data and neccessary types of calculations, that is he defines the calculations that oughta be done (calculations of lay off pays, jubilee awards etc). After that, together with the client, we determine the actuarial assumptions for reservation, like the cost of reservation per an employee, rates of emplyees’ fluctuation, rates of income changes, interest rates etc. After the calculation of reservation we calculate cost to the present value by method of discounting. We make a separate calculation which shows the impact of actuarial assumption changes on the cost of reservation. We make the suggestion of reservation booking.
